J.J. Polymer'sHDPE and MDPE Pipes

HDPE pipe is a type of flexible plastic pipe used for fluid and gas transfer. Made from the thermoplastic HDPE (high-density polyethylene), its high level of impermeability sewer mains, slurry transfer lines, rural irrigation, fire system supply lines, electrical and communications conduit, and storm water and drainage pipes, maks the pipes sustainable. MDPE made of PE 80 material PN 10 to PN 25 kg pressure, for providing drinking water facilities in house. MDPE is easy to install with HDPE pipes for water connection mainly used in Jal Jeevan Mission

J.J. Polymer'sDrip Irrigation Pipes

Drip (or micro) irrigation, also known as trickle irrigation, functions as its name suggests. In this system water falls drop by drop just at the position of roots. Water is delivered at or near the root zone of plants, drop by drop. This method can be the most water-efficient method of irrigation. The field water efficiency of drip irrigation is typically in the range of 80 to 90 percent when managed correctly.
We are into manufacturing of drip irrigation pipes in our facility since 2010 maintaining quality since then and successfully gaining farmers trust.

J.J. Polymer'sPVC PIPES

Polyvinyl chloride is the world’s third-most widely produced synthetic plastic polymer. About 40 million tons of PVC are produced each year. PVC comes in two basic forms: rigid and flexible. The rigid form of PVC is used in construction for pipe and in profile applications such as doors and windows. PVC has high hardness and mechanical properties with good insulation properties.

J.J. Polymer'sElectro Fusion & Butt Fusion

Electro Fusion & Butt fusion is a quick and easy welding process to join PE pipes and fittings. The squareness of pipe is maintained and the ends are cleaned off any debris. The pipes are fitted to the butt welder on either side using clamps provided and a heater plate of temperature range 210-230″ Cis placed between them. The ends of the pipe are heated for some time under pressure and then the pressure is removed. The polyethylene becomes soft and a bead is formed at the ends which are pressed together and allowed to cool under pressure. The joint thus formed holds water lightly and there is no leakage present.
